外面賣的tandoori chicken是紅色,而且又鹹又辣.後來才知,紅色是因為加色素,而印度人喜歡又鹹又辣!

雖然我的tandoori chicken是咖啡色的,可是吃起來更好吃,而且健康!用B.B.Q.的爐子烤會更好吃!

材料:
(1)
鹽1/2t
檸檬汁1/2個(喜歡酸的人可多加一點)
Paprika powder 1/2t (喜歡辣的人可用red chilli powder 1/2t)

Yogurt 6 T
Ginger / garlic paste 2T
Salt 1/2t
Turmeric 1/2t
Paper powder 1/2t(我只加一點點)
Coriander powder 1t
Cumin powder 1t
檸檬汁1/2個
Garam masala powder 1/2t
Oil 1T
Paprika powder 1/2t
(3)雞腿肉1kg

做法:
1. 先把雞腿用刀劃一些刀痕.將(1)混合,平均抹在刀痕中間.
2. 將(2)混合,醃在雞腿肉上至少半個小時.
3. 烤箱預熱250c(依照每一台烤箱不同而改變溫度)

下面鋪上洋蔥,25-30分鐘即可
